Be Bold for God!
I have proclaimed the good news of righteousness in the great assembly; indeed, I do not restrain my lips, O Lord, You Yourself know. Psalm 40:9
The world is full of loud voices telling us what to think and how to live. Some of these voices are good, but many of them are trying to teach us things that go against what God says in the Bible. That’s why the voice of Christians needs to be heard too!
Sometimes when we share what the Bible teaches about right and wrong, people might not like it. They might roll their eyes, argue with us, or even make fun of us. But when we share God’s truth with love and kindness, we’re actually helping people discover the best way to live!
It’s like this: Imagine you knew there was a big hole in the road ahead and you saw a car driving toward it. Wouldn’t you try to warn the driver? Even if they got annoyed at you for flagging them down, you’d be glad you tried to keep them from getting hurt!
When we tell others about God’s love and His instructions for life, we’re like people waving flags to warn about dangers ahead. We’re also like people holding up signs pointing toward the most amazing destination ever—a relationship with God!
The psalmist said, “I do not restrain my lips,” when it came to telling others about God’s goodness. That means he didn’t hold back—he talked about God’s truth even when it might have been easier to stay silent.
Think About It: Are there times when you feel like you should speak up about God’s truth but you stay quiet instead? Maybe when friends are gossiping and you know it’s wrong, or when someone uses God’s name as a swear word. Ask God to give you courage to be His voice in your world. Remember, you can share truth with love—being bold doesn’t mean being mean!

PARTNER WITH us

As a father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, the importance of family has always been a core value in my life. I have been a pastor for decades, watching families grow and generation after generation come up in faith. That is why Bible Strong Kids is so important to me. What better legacy to leave for our children and grandchildren than to raise them up in faith, strengthening them for the journey ahead all the way into adulthood?
I hope you will join us in this endeavor to create the next generation of Bible Strong Kids—children who know their worth in God’s eyes and are equipped to shine His light in an increasingly dark world.
