Whatever You Do
Whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:31
Think about some of the most famous structures in the world—like the Eiffel Tower in France, the pyramids in Egypt, or the Golden Gate Bridge in California. The constructions of these are amazing! But they were all built to make people look impressive or to help people do things.
Now think about huge, beautiful churches with stained glass windows and tall towers that point toward heaven. What’s the difference? These churches were built to honor God and help people worship Him!
Here’s the cool part: God doesn’t just care about big, important things like buildings or famous people. He cares about EVERYTHING you do! Whether you’re making your bed, doing your homework, playing with your friends, or eating your favorite snack, God wants you to do it in a way that honors Him.
What does it mean to do something “to the glory of God”? It means doing your best because you love God. It means being kind and honest. It means treating people the way Jesus would treat them. It means remembering that everything you have—your talents, your family, your home, even your next breath—is a gift from God!
Think About It: Look at your day today. What are some things you need to do? Maybe clean your room, finish your homework, help with dinner, or practice an instrument. How can you do these things “to the glory of God”? Maybe by doing them without complaining, by doing your very best work, or by having a good attitude while you do them. Remember, even ordinary things can honor God when you do them with a heart that loves Him!

PARTNER WITH us

As a father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, the importance of family has always been a core value in my life. I have been a pastor for decades, watching families grow and generation after generation come up in faith. That is why Bible Strong Kids is so important to me. What better legacy to leave for our children and grandchildren than to raise them up in faith, strengthening them for the journey ahead all the way into adulthood?
I hope you will join us in this endeavor to create the next generation of Bible Strong Kids—children who know their worth in God’s eyes and are equipped to shine His light in an increasingly dark world.
