Don't Wait Too Long!
Then I saw another angel flying in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach to those who dwell on the earth—to every nation, tribe, tongue, and people—saying with a loud voice, “Fear God and give glory to Him.” Revelation 14:6-7
Have you ever waited until the very last minute to do something important? Maybe you put off cleaning your room until Mom was already walking up the stairs to check it. Or maybe you waited until the morning of the test to start studying. Yikes!
Sometimes waiting too long means we completely miss our chance! The Bible talks about something called "imminence". That’s a fancy word that means something could happen at any moment. When people talk about Jesus coming back being “imminent”, it means He could return ANY TIME to take believers to heaven (this is called the Rapture).
Romans 13:11 says, "Now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed." That means Jesus' return is closer today than it was yesterday, and it will be even closer tomorrow! God doesn't want anyone to put off believing in Him. That's why throughout the Bible, He keeps urging people to come to Him NOW.
In Revelation, John saw an angel flying through the sky announcing "the everlasting gospel" to people during the Tribulation. Even during that scary time, God will still be offering people a chance to know Him! But how much better to know Him now?
It's like when your parents tell you to get ready for a trip. If you pack early, you're all set when it's time to go. But if you wait until the last minute, you might get left behind!
Think About It: If you knew Jesus was coming back tomorrow, what would you do today? Who would you tell about Him? Don't wait! Do those things now! Make a list of three people you want to tell about Jesus, and pray for a chance to share God's love with them this week.

PARTNER WITH us

As a father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, the importance of family has always been a core value in my life. I have been a pastor for decades, watching families grow and generation after generation come up in faith. That is why Bible Strong Kids is so important to me. What better legacy to leave for our children and grandchildren than to raise them up in faith, strengthening them for the journey ahead all the way into adulthood?
I hope you will join us in this endeavor to create the next generation of Bible Strong Kids—children who know their worth in God’s eyes and are equipped to shine His light in an increasingly dark world.
